LearnersNet.com is a platform where students and parents find classes, and where teachers and tuition centres manage classes, attendance and fee records. We are a platform; classes are taught by independent teachers and tuition centres.

2. Accounts

You must give true information and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Teacher and centre accounts are approved by us (or by the centre) before use. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

3. Fees and payments

Class fees are agreed between the student or parent and the teacher or centre. The fee records and receipts on LearnersNet.com are kept by the teacher or centre. Unless we clearly say otherwise on a payment page, LearnersNet.com does not hold your money.

4. Teachers and centres

You must have the right to teach the classes you list, keep your fee and attendance records honest, and treat students fairly and safely. Records you cancel are kept in an audit log.

5. Children and parents

A parent account can only view a child's classes, attendance and fees, after the child shares a family code. A parent or guardian must supervise students under 18.

6. Acceptable use

Do not upload illegal, harmful or false material, try to break the site, or collect other users' data. Uploaded payment slips and documents must be your own.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site means you accept the new terms. Questions: use the contact email at the bottom of any page.
